🥇 Our Programs

At Kumeyaay Trails Wrestling Club, we offer programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. From kids learning the basics to competitive high school athletes looking for training and competition, our goal is the same: to build confident, resilient athletes through the sport of wrestling.

We offer 3 sessions currently. Spring, Summer, and Fall. Each is approximately 6-8 weeks long and the cost is $175. Practices are held at the Patrick Henry HS Wrestling Room located in Allied Gardens/Del Cerro/San Carlos/College area.

BOBCATS (AGES 7-10)

Learn the fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment.

  • Stance, movement, takedowns, defense, and pins

  • Drills and games to build confidence, strength, and coordination

  • Positive coaching focused on effort and growth

MOUNTAIN LIONS (grades 5th-12th)

Sharpen your skills, prepare for competition.

  • Advanced technique, conditioning, and live wrestling

  • Extra mat time outside school practice

TEAM BIG CAT

Kumeyaay Trails Wrestling Club now offers an Adult Club with structured training for recreational athletes, competitors, and fitness-focused adults. Sessions include technique, situational drilling, live wrestling, strength & conditioning, and injury prevention, all tailored to adults.

We welcome all experience levels in a respectful, inclusive environment. Coaches emphasize fundamentals, clear technique, progressive skill development, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
