Coach & Volunteer Opportunities

Help Build Champions — On and Off the Mat

We’re looking for positive, dependable adults who want to contribute to our youth through wrestling. Whether you’re interested in a paid coaching role or want to volunteer, you’ll be part of a team that values character, consistency, and community.

Wrestling is the vehicle. Confidence, discipline, and resilience are the destination.

Our Values

We coach and lead with:

  • Safety First — athlete well-being comes before winning

  • Positivity & Respect — how we treat people matters

  • Growth Mindset — effort, learning, and consistency are celebrated

  • Accountability — show up, follow through, do the right thing

  • Team & Community — we serve families, not just athletes

If that sounds like you, we’d love to connect.

Requirements

To protect athletes and maintain trust, all coaches/volunteers must complete:

  • Background check (required)

  • SafeSport training (if applicable to your org/league)

  • Basic code of conduct + athlete safety policies

Volunteer Coaches & Practice Helpers & Board Members

  • Assisting with drills and small groups

  • Partnering athletes safely during instruction

  • Helping keep practices organized and moving

  • Mentoring athletes through encouragement and example
