Youth Wrestling in San Diego

Kumeyaay Trails Wrestling Club is a nonprofit youth wrestling club for boys and girls ages 7 and up. Practices are at Patrick Henry High School, serving Allied Gardens, Del Cerro, San Carlos and the College Area.

We are building confidence, character, opportunity, and community through wrestling. Beginners are always welcome.

More Than Wrestling

At KTWC, wrestling is the vehicle. Confidence, discipline, resilience, and character are the destination. We believe in effort over outcome, passion over pressure, and development over quick wins.

Our coaching follows a long-term athlete development approach: fun and fundamentals for younger kids, and more structured training and competition as athletes are ready.

Investing in Our Community

We exist to make wrestling accessible to young athletes in San Diego. Community support helps fund mats and equipment, tournament costs, and scholarships for families who need help. Our Endowment Fund is built so that support continues for generations of wrestlers to come.
